i have updated the links to the right. the most important additions are

• achewood—this comic should be trawled immediately. it is a work of genius.
• websnark—this is a blog that is (nominally) mostly about webcomics. the authors want to start (and have succeeded in starting) a critical dialogue on webcomics. also includes the occasional post on cbc radio, scotch, religion, etc.
• erik news—this is the blog of my friend erik, whom i tagged in the recent memery.
• dinosaur comics—this comic really illustrates the importance of good writing in webcomics. it is consistently funny, despite using the exact same artwork in every installment.
