leah has reminded me to tell you about xkcd, which describes itself as “a webcomic of romance, sarcasm, math, and language”—this slogan alone should be enough to send you there right away, but let me help out a bit more.

this is a webcomic for geeks of all sorts, though there are some installments you won’t understand without some computer geekery in your background (cases in point: letting go, regular expressions). most, however, just require the general geek gene, as in reno rhymes (johnny cash goodness!) or hallucinations.
